Breakfast with Santa

Last Saturday, we were invited to "Breakfast with Santa" at my friend Beth's house. She has invited us the last three years, and we were finally able to go this year! The four of us were planning on going. The weather was cold and kind of rainy, so Daddy and Isaiah decided to stay home. Anderson and I went, and he had so much fun! When we got there, we ate some food. Anderson had 2 cookies! Yes, I can't believe I let him eat cookies before lunch. Then Miss Beth announced that Santa was getting close. I wish you could have seen Anderson's face. He looked at me and said "Santa Claus is coming!". It was the sweetest thing. So we all went out to the front, and Santa arrived on a fire truck! Anderson wouldn't get anywhere close, so we just sat on the steps and watched. :) Santa made his way to the back where he called out each kid's name and gave him/her a gift. Anderson wouldn't go up to him, so I held him and went. :) Anderson got Candyland, and we have played it every day since then. We brought Isaiah his present, and Anderson helped him open it. He got an Elmo book for the tub. We had a great time!
